Atwater Rotary Lobster Fest

Krispy Kreme Valentine's Fundraiser Tabling

Location: UC Merced - Scholars Lane​
Description: We will be tabling and advertising for Krispy Kreme Valentine's fundraiser. We will also hand out flyers for our pick up event on February 13, 2020

Merced County Board of Supervisors District 2 Debate

WHEN: Friday, February 7th 2020
TIME: 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
LOCATION: UC Merced COB 102
Rotaractors Needed: 10-12
​Description: We will be helping set up, escorting candidates to the room, controlling the crowd, time keeping, and cleaning up.  
 
​ALL ROTARACTORS WHO ATTEND THIS EVENT WILL BE ENTERED IN A RAFFLE AND HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN 1 OF 3 $100 VISA GIFT CARDS

​Merced High School Band Bingo

Date: Sunday, February 9th 2020
Time: 10am-1:30pm or 1:30pm -5pm (Each Shift will count as one event)
Location: Merced High School Cafeteria 205 W Olive  Ave, Merced, CA 95348
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older to volunteer, wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Description: We will be passing out tickets, selling pull tabs, and various other tasks, to raise money for the Merced High School Band Program

Crab Feed

Location: Merced Fairgrounds
900 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Merced, CA
​Description: We will be helping serve food to assigned tables and assist with clean-up after the event is over. 
Attire: White dress top, black bottom, comfortable shoes​

Date: Friday, February 28th & Saturday, February 29th
Time: Varies (Every 4hrs Shift will count as one event)
Location: On-Campus
Requirements: PLEASE SUBMIT A PHOTO AS PROOF YOU"LL BE ATTENDING THE EVENT (CLUB phone number or ANY SOCIAL MEDIA SITES)
Description: Volunteers will help table and point attendees to designated rooms, manage hardware lab check-in and check-out, manage the check-in table, set up rooms for different events, clean up the area, distribute food, etc.
